Industrial Disease sufferers in Northern Ireland Triumph
Workers injured by the asbestos related illness Pleural Plaques are now able to pursue compensation claims for industrial disease after a court restored the right.
This follows an earlier decision to allow compensation for Pleural Plaques injury in Scotland.
However those unfortunate sufferers in England and Wales are not able to bring a claim for damages.
