We believe that a client should be entitled to keep all their compensation.

If a client succeeds with their claim they will receive 100% of damages.

In the rare event that they do not succeed there will be no cost whatsoever.

In the case of a successful claim all costs are recovered from the insurance company.

We do not believe that deducting anything from a client's damages is either necessary nor reasonable.
